AWT Launches Apprenticeship Training with 20 Apprentices

On August 24th, 2020 (Painesville, OH)–AWT, in partnership with Auburn Career Center, Mentor Public Schools, Lake Shore Compact, and Lakeland Community College launched the AWT Apprenticeship Manufacturing Training Program with 20 apprentices.

Each of our apprentices are on track to receive their nationally portable journeyman’s card,  wage increases , career development, and the possibility for college credit all while working and getting paid!

These are the opportunities in manufacturing today!

Many manufacturing companies are using this as a way to develop entry-level incumbent workers. If you as an individual or as a manufacturing company leader would like to learn more about the AWT Apprenticeship Program, please e-mail AWT at contact@thinkmfg.com
