AWT STEM Days Overview Information

WHAT: AWT STEM Days are day camps that connect Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) concepts to local careers throughout Lake County. Campers will complete hands-on STEM projects to engage creativity and problem-solving.

WHERE: AWT Transformation Training Center (8980 Tyler Blvd, Mentor, OH, 44060)

NEXT: Registration for Good Friday STEM Day is currently full. Our next STEM Day will be NEOEA day on Friday, October 10th.

Registration will open September 19, 2025.

Want to create your robot entirely from your imagination?

Open to ages 9–14, this hands-on event* combines imagination and robotics as students create their own SkitterBots. These insect-inspired DIY robots will run along surfaces powered by the circuits your students create. Participants will work with soldering, circuitry, and crafty construction to build a robotic creepy crawly just in time for spring.

*AWT STEM Days are drop-off programs.
