The Alliance for Working Together (AWT) is seeking a dynamic leader to assume the role of Executive Director. “I want to personally thank Juliana Petti, and wish her well in her new role, for her passion for manufacturing and pushing AWT forward of the last two plus years. Our next Executive Director will be expected to take the baton and bring AWT to the next level,” commented Roger Sustar, CEO of Fredon Corporation and AWT Board Founder. “The Board of AWT is committed to continuing the momentum with the Training Center Project, along with other initiatives continuing into next year,” added Alyson Scott, President of Fredon Corporation and the President of the AWT Board of Directors.
In the next Executive Director, the AWT Board of Trustees is seeking a candidate who is organized, has strong communication skills, enjoys working independently and in small teams, and has experience in fundraising, grant applications, education and manufacturing. A track record of leadership, strategic planning, and financial management will also be strongly considered.
