Meghin Lombardi began her career in manufacturing as a machine operator with ITC Manufacturing in 2012. During her 6 years with ITC, Meghin progressed through leadership positions until she was running production scheduling and supply chain for the Columbus, Ohio plant as a Production Controller.
After finishing her bachelor’s degree in supply chain and operations from Franklin University in 2018, she started with Myers Industries running supply chain out of the Jamco Products business in South Beloit, IL. Within 8 months she was promoted to Plant Manager over the facility where she where she worked to drive profitability, employee engagement and safety initiatives.
Upon completion of her MBA in 2021, Meghin transitioned into a Continuous Improvement Manager position with Transtar Industries, out of Cleveland, where she worked on projects to drive efficiency and safety gains across the organizations network of distribution centers. She later took over the role of Director of Distribution Center Operations for the company, working on driving lean initiatives, safety improvements and technology advancements within the distribution centers and branches. In 2023, she accepted the role of Operations Manager with Eaton Aerospace in the Euclid, OH facility where she is today.
Meghin believes on continuing to pursue higher levels of learning and offering those same opportunities for growth to team members. She has personal mission of leading with integrity, respect and transparency and believes that long-term achievement can only be garnered by working as a collaborative and trusting team
