AWT is pleased, proud and honored that the Lake County Board of Commissioners have resolved that October is Manufacturing Month in Lake County. Manufacturing Month is a national initiative, and the resolution by Lake County to officially adopt this helps “encourage the active engagement of our communities, educational institutions and manufacturers to continue to work collaboratively in order to grow and support the manufacturing sector.”
The resolution also states “The Alliance for Working Together (AWT) has banded together the collective efforts of manufacturers in our region to ensure the future of the manufacturing industry through exposure and education to those in grade school through college.”
